SERVICE
All van rentals is with English speaking driver. It does not include gas, highway fees, or driver expenses, unless otherwise noted in your quote. We deliver the van with a full gas tank and our driver will fill out the tank before returning the van at the clients expense. All bus rentals include gas, highway fees and driver expenses.

COSTS
The price of the vans and buses is final and it's the only payment you will make to Bamba Rent, unless otherwise noted in your quote.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
We require 50% deposit to make a reservation. The rest of the payment has to be done 2 days prior to starting the service. The client MUST verify for availability before making a deposit and will send the wire transfer note via fax at (+5255 3603-6943) or via email at reservas@bambarent.com and confirm the service.

If the client does not verify with us before making the deposit, and there is no van or bus for you for your desired date, we are not responsible for the inconvenience and we will refund your money.

CANCELLATIONS
*10 days prior to departure 0%
*5 days prior to departure 50% of deposit
*4 days prior to departure loss of deposit
*1 day prior to departure loss of full payment
